Polymers - Comprehensive solution for PE, PP, and PVC
Industrial Solutions thyssenkrupp boasts a long tradition in engineering and building plants for plastics. We are the leading supplier of polymer plants and together with the selected license suppliers, we build our clients a range of modern factories to produce polyethylene (PE) Density, Polypropylene (PP) and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC).

As a technology-driven company, thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions has a wealth of experience and dedicated staff specialized in various types of polyolefin technology. Our range of services covers all aspects of plant design, from basic engineering to detailed engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Engineering and construction services provided by thyssenkrupp industrial solutions cover all process steps found at a plant, from reactor systems that are sensitive to spraying, drying, storage and packaging.

The thyssenkrupp industrial solution has been built on its technological prowess for decades by engaging in the development of technology from the first factory designed with a capacity of only 6,000 tons per year for one in the world's largest factory with an annual capacity of 420,000 tons.
Thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions is also a proven expert in the design of LDPE plants with a working pressure in excess of 3,000 bar. Our excellent manufacturing know-how and special structural knowledge are completely complemented by the expertise of our high-pressure manufacturing facilities at Uhde High Pressure Technologies.

Furthermore, our company can provide sewing solutions for the entire propane - propylene - PP process. Therefore, it is possible to use the same utility unit (eg steam generating unit, cooling unit, cooling tower ...) for each part of the process chain, adding to the feasibility. of those projects. By combining any PP technology with the ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions STAR process to dehydrate propane (PDH) into propylene, the cost of production for polypropylene can be significantly reduced by the cheap propane materials from liquids. Natural gas (NGL) or related gases can be used.
A series of processes was carried out in 2010 in Egypt. The plant has an annual capacity of 350,000 tons of propylene and 350,000 tons of PP.

Finally,
thyssenkrupp industrial solutions provide customers with cost-effective PVC plants based on the sophisticated Vinnolit agglomerate polymerase technology using a new high-performance reactor. Furthermore, we are the only engineering company able to supply, from a single source, plant complexes that cover the entire process chain from chlorine, through ethylene dichloride (EDC) and vinyl chloride (VCM) to PVC.
