1. New Phosphoric Heat Treatment Process Heat process
Traditionally, it is necessary to produce P4 from rock phosphate by electric furnace, then P4 burns into P2O5 and absorbs water into phosphoric acid.
Our new heat process, we can directly produce P2O5 from the phosphate rock, and then absorb water into the phosphoric acid, this process shortens the process flow, and the reaction produces energy that can are integrated use, mainly energy-saving production.
2. Phosphoric acid wet
We use advanced membrane filtration, replacing conventional solvents, significantly reducing emissions.
This process is characterized by investment savings, low production costs, low energy consumption, the ability to produce fertilizers, and the purification of industrial phosphoric acid.

1. This process can directly produce 75% industrial phosphoric acid, which is applied to be used in all areas of traditional heating processes, such as powdered STPP detergents, chemical organic and inorganic fields.
